SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 564 Making an Appropriation to Develop a Small Business Development Center in
Socorro and Catron Counties appropriates $150,000 from the general fund to the Commission
on Higher Education for expenditure in FY06 for the New Mexico Small Business Development
Center at Santa Fe Community College to develop a small business development center in So-
corro and Catron counties. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
