SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 325 – Making an Appropriation for a Learning Center in Rio Rancho; Declaring an
Emergency – appropriates $100,000 from the general fund to the Commission on Higher Educa-
tion for expenditure in FYs 05 and 06 to plan and design a post-secondary education learning
center for Rio Rancho in Sandoval County. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remain-
ing at the end of FY06 shall revert to the general fund. This bill carries an emergency clause.
