three million four hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars ($3,428,000) to plan, design,

construct, equip and furnish a mutual domestic water system in Catron county

CATRON CO SOLID WASTE FACILITY CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a solid waste

facility in Catron county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

CATRON CO DETENTION CENTER CONSTRUCT

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, construct and acquire land for a detention

center in Catron county

CATRON CO MLTPRPS FCLTY CONSTRUCT

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a multipurpose

facility in Catron county
