The unexpended balance of the capital program fund project in Laws 2002, Chapter 110,

Section 49 for office buildings for the workers' compensation administration in Las Cruces in

Dona Ana county and Farmington in San Juan county is changed for offices in Las Cruces in

Dona Ana county and Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
