one million dollars ($1,000,000) to purchase and install lighting and fencing at La Mesa

baseball park in Dona Ana county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

NMSU NATIVE AMERICAN CULTURAL CENTER-LAS CRUCES

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan and design the Native American cultural

center on the campus of New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
