I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

ESPANOLA ELECTRONIC SIGN, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of transportation in

Subsection 124 of Section 19 of Chapter 110 in Laws 2002 to install a traffic signal in

Espanola shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to purchase and install

an electronic sign in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
