I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CAPITAN BASEBALL & SOFTBALL COMPLEX-CPF, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

3 of Section 134 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to design and build a community baseball and

softball complex in Capitan in Lincoln county is appropriated to the public education

department and may include designing and building other athletic facilities.
