I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

RADIUM SPRINGS SKATE PARK, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

103 of Section 117 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for a gazebo in the Radium Springs

community park shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design

and construct a skate park in Radium Springs in Dona Ana county.
