The time of expenditure for the Indian affairs department project in Subsection C of Section

42 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to purchase a building for the department of

Navajo veterans' affairs in Crownpoint in McKinley county is extended through fiscal year

2010.
