two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to equip and furnish the education department

at Dine college in Shiprock in San Juan county

DINE COLLEGE LIBRARY RESOURCE CTR

three million eight hundred seventy thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($3,870,450) to plan,

design and construct a library resource center at Dine college in Shiprock in San Juan county
