I request that the following be funded:

to the cultural affairs department

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CTR EDUCATION BLDG

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 3 planning, design and construction of an education

building at the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

EXPLORA SCI CTR & CHILDREN'S MUS IMPROVE

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to design, develop, construct, purchase and install

improvements, including exhibits, furniture and equipment, for the Explora science center

and children's museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
