I request that the following be funded:

to the cultural affairs department

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CTR EDUCATION BLDG

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for phase 3 planning, design and construction of an

education building at the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo

county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER RADIO STATION

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install radio-station

equipment, including an antenna and tower, at the national Hispanic cultural center in

Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
