one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip an industrial

building at the Navajo Nation in McKinley county

NAVAJO NATION SUBASSEMBLY OPERATIONS BLDG

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to plan, design and construct an industrial building to

house a subassembly operation at the Navajo Nation in McKinley county
