I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

HIDALGO MED CMPLX/CLINIC ACCESS/PKG/LANDSCAPE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of transportation in

Subsection 5 of Section 10 of Chapter 385 of Laws 2003 to pave the access to the health

clinic in Lordsburg shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan,

design, renovate and construct the access, parking and landcaping at the Hidalgo medical

complex and clinic in Hidalgo county.
