I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CAPITAN MSD ATHLETIC FIELDS & COMPLEX, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriations to the local government division for the

projects in Subsection 379 of Section 22 and Subsection 73 of Section 37 of Chapter 429 of

Laws 2003 for the Capitan public library shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

appropriated to the public education department to plan, design and construct community

athletic fields and a complex in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
