I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

MANZANO HS BALL FIELD UPGRADES, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 197 of Section 23 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 for upgrading the wood shops and

for educational technology at Manzano high school in the Albuquerque public school district

in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to upgrade

the ball fields at that school.
