The time of expenditure for the Indian affairs department project in Subsection K of Section

42 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to extend waterlines in the Crystal chapter of the

Navajo Nation in San Juan county is extended through fiscal year 2010.
