I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

FARM & RANCH HERITAGE MUSEUM EXHIBITS, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the cultural affairs department in Subsection

6 of Section 5 of Chapter 385 of Laws 2003 to purchase art by Peter Hurd shall not be

expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design and construct permanent

exhibits at the museum.
