I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

ELFEGO BACA MUSEUM CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

21 of Section 134 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to purchase land for the Elfego Baca

memorial in Reserve in Catron county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

changed to plan, design and construct the Elfego Baca museum in that county.
