to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

RIO RANCHO MLTPRPS EVENT CTR PARKING IMPROVE

six million one hundred forty thousand dollars ($6,140,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements, including a parking deck, parking spaces and subterranean parking, at the

multipurpose event center in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county
