I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

PARADISE HILLS LL FCLTY IMPROVE-STB, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

76 of Section 37 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to acquire land in the Paradise Hills

neighborhood of Bernalillo county to expand soccer and little league facilities shall not be

expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design and construct improvements

to the field and facilities, including the concession stand, at the Paradise Hills little league

field in that county.
