The time of expenditure for the public education department project in Subsection 150 of

Section 118 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to purchase equipment and a portable building for

the music department at Gadsden high school in the Gadsden independent school district in

Dona Ana county is extended through fiscal year 2006.
