The time of expenditure for the local government division project in Subsection

QQQQQQQQ of Section 15 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) for renovation and an

addition to the cultural and performing arts facility in Grants in Cibola county is extended

through fiscal year 2010.
