BAYLOR CANYON ROAD IMPROVE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including paving, flood drainage and emergency access improvements and acquisition of

rights of way, to Baylor Canyon road in the east mesa area of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
