I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

RATON CONVENTION CENTER IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

371 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 for an atrium at the convention and

community center in Raton in Colfax county shall not be expended for the original purpose

but is changed to repair, improve and renovate the Raton convention center.
