I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CHAMBERINO ACCESS ROADS, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division for the project

in Subsection 222 of Section 117 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for ball park improvements in

Chamberino in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

appropriated to the department of transportation to survey, desgin, purchase, develop and

construct alternative access roads to that village.
