I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

LORDSBURG WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of environment in Subsection

37 of Section 29 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to purchase equipment to reduce the flouride

in the water supply shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan,

design and construct a water supply system to reduce the flouride in the water supply in

Lordsburg in Hidalgo county.
