I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

GRANT CO FAIRGROUNDS RENOVATE/IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

74 of Section 37 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to construct and equip a metal building for the

Grant county fairgrounds shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

renovate and improve the fairgrounds.
