one million six hundred ninety-one thousand dollars ($1,691,000) to plan, design and

reconstruct roads in Mesilla in Dona Ana county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

MESILLA MARSHAL/FIRE DEPT ADDITION

two million four thousand dollars ($2,004,000) for phase 2 site development and construction

of an addition to house the marshal and fire department in Mesilla in Dona Ana county
