one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to Luna Azul drive in Chaparral in Dona Ana county

PRESCOTT ANTHONY DR IMPROVE

three hundred ninety thousand dollars ($390,000) to plan, design and construct improvements

to Prescott Anthony drive in Chaparral in Dona Ana county
