five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct phases 1 and 2 of a

regional wastewater system in Elephant Butte in Sierra county

to the department of transportation

ELEPHANT BUTTE SAN PEDRO & SABINA IMPROVE

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct paving and drainage

improvements to San Pedro loop and Sabina drive in Elephant Butte in Sierra county

ELEPHANT BUTTE STORM WATER CONVEYANCES

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to purchase and install storm water

conveyances and culverts in Elephant Butte in Sierra county
