seven hundred forty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($748,500) to plan, design and
construct, including the acquisition of rights of way, an effluent water recycling project in
Truth or Consequences in Sierra county
to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK & MUSEUM IN T OR C
two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a park, museum
and visitors' center and further develop the "walk of education" at the Veterans' memorial
park in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county
to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES SIERRA SWCD BUILDING IMPROVE
fifty-seven thousand dollars ($57,000) to plan, design and construct building improvements
and purchase a parking area for the Sierra soil and water conservation district building in
Truth or Consequences in Sierra county
TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES SIERRA SWCD EQUIP PURCH
thirteen thousand six hundred dollars ($13,600) to purchase landscaping equipment for the
Sierra soil and water conservation district in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county
to the board of regents of western New Mexico university
