seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish

improvements for the library in Questa in Taos county

QUESTA MUSEUM IMPROVE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and funish

improvements, including a statue, for the museum in Questa in Taos county
