I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

DONA ANA CO ANIMAL SHELTER CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

100 of Section 117 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the purchase of a veterinary mobile

surgery clinic for Las Cruces in Dona Ana county for use statewide shall not be expended for

the original purpose but is changed to construct an expansion of the animal shelter for that

city in that county.
