The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the board of regents of the university of New

Mexico in Paragraph (7) of Subsection H of Section 120 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to

renovate and repair the political science department facilities at the main campus of the

university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county may include purchase of

equipment, including information technology.
