I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

BENAVIDES SENIOR CTR PKG LOT EXPAND, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the aging and long-term services department

in Subsection 13 of Section 124 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for equipping Benavides senior

center in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

expand the handicapped parking lot at that facility in that county.
