two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase the current boys' and girls' club

building and plan, design and construct renovations and additions to that building in Socorro

in Socorro county

SOCORRO PUBLIC LIBRARY IMPROVE

fifty-four thousand nine hundred dollars ($54,900) to plan, design and construct infrastructure

improvements to the public library in Socorro in Socorro county
