two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

roads in Roosevelt and Curry counties

ROOSEVELT/CURRY COUNTY ROAD 3 IMPROVE

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

county road 3 in Roosevelt and Curry counties
