I request that the following be funded:

to the department of environment

BAYARD REGIONAL WW TREATMENT FACILITY CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct the regional

wastewater treatment facility in Bayard in Grant county

BAYARD WATER WELLS IMPROVE/REPLACE

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to improve and replace water wells in Bayard

in Grant county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

BAYARD COMMUNITY/VETERANS' PARKS IMPROVE

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the

Bayard community and veterans' parks in Bayard in Grant county

BAYARD HEALTH CENTER ACQUIRE/RENOVATE/EQUIP

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to acquire, renovate and equip a health center

in Bayard in Grant county

BAYARD PUBLIC LIBRARY IMPROVE

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct improvements and an

expansion, including land acquisition, to the public library in Bayard in Grant county

BAYARD STREET MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase street maintenance equipment in

Bayard in Grant county
