I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

PECOS ISD BASEBALL/SOFTBALL FIELDS IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 76 of Section 136 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the baseball field at Pecos

elementary school shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

improvements to the existing little league baseball and softball fields in the Pecos

independent school district in San Miguel county.
