I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 136 of Section 23 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to renovate the old administration

building in the Clovis municipal school district in Curry county shall not be expended for the

original purpose but is changed to renovate Bella Vista elementary school in that school

district.
