fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase equipment, including a backhoe and utility

vehicle, for the Manzano mutual domestic water consumers association in Torrance county

MANZANO MDWCA WATER SYSTEM RENOVATE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for renovation of the water system, including the

spring, dam and ditches, for the Manzano mutual domestic water consumers association in

Torrance county
