WILLARD MULTIPRPS CTR RENOVATE

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to plan, design and construct the renovation of

the multipurpose center, including a roof, windows and utility upgrades, in Willard in

Torrance county

WILLARD PARK FENCE/PGRND EQUIP

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and construct a fence around the village park and a

playground area and purchase and install equipment in Willard in Torrance county
