The aging and long-term services department project in Subsection 70 of Section 20 of

Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to improve the parking area and purchase a storage shed for the

Estancia senior center in Torrance county may include planning, designing, constructing and

renovating the Mountainair senior center in that county.
