I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

HIDALGO CTY JAIL CONSTRUCTION, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

235 of Section 34 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to repair the county jail in Hidalgo county

shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design, construct, equip

and furnish a jail in that county.
