I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

2ND JUD DIST CT ELECTRONIC MONITORING EQUIP, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the second judicial district court in

Subsection B of Section 22 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for electronic monitoring equipment

and a satellite tracking device for domestic violence purposes is appropriated to the local

government division for the same purpose for the Bernalillo county juvenile detention center.
