I request that the following be funded:

to the cultural affairs department

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CTR EDUCATION BLDG

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for phase 3 planning, design and construction of an

education building at the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo

county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER RADIO STATION

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install radio station equipment,

including an antenna and tower, at the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in

Bernalillo county
