to the energy, minerals and natural resources department

FOREST LEGACY PROGRAM CONSERVATION EASEMENTS

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire conservation easements under the forest legacy

program

NATURAL LANDS PROTECTION ACT LAND PURCHASES

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) for conservation land purchases as

part of the state's share in collaboration with conservation organizations under the Natural

Lands Protection Act

to the department of game and fish

•

GAINING ACCESS INTO NATURE PROGRAM PROJECTS

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to implement projects under the gaining access into nature

program

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

NATURAL AREAS/TRAILS ACQUIRE-STATEWIDE

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to acquire natural lands and trails for local

governments statewide

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

•

AG LAND PRESERVATION PRGM-CONSERVATION EASEMENTS

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire conservation easements to implement the first

state program to fund preservation of agricultural lands
