The time of expenditure for the department of transportation project in Subsection IIII of

Section 12 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to plan, design and construct a concrete

river crossing where the road intersects with country road 84 in Pojoaque in Santa Fe county

is extended through fiscal year 2010.
