I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

UNSER CHILDREN¦S DISCOVERY CTR CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

29 of Section 13 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish

the Unser children's discovery center and racing museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

is changed for that same purpose in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque.
